Spock was born in Shi'Kahr, Vulcan in 2230 to a Vulcan father and human mother. He graduated from Starfleet academy in 2253 against the wishes of his father causing a long standing rift. He was assigned to the Enterprise as a cadet in 2253 and became First Officer/Science Offficer in 2265. Spock likes to play tri-dimensional chess and his best friend is Captain Kirk. Spock is played by Leonard Nimoy.
