Voyager's Emergency Medical Hologram, who doesn't have a name was activated in 2371. Since Voyager lost it's Chief Medical Officer in the displacement wave that threw Voyager into the Delta Quadrant, the holographic Doctor has taken that position. Although a hologram, he wears a mobile emitter around his arm that enables him to go anywhere on the ship. He is capable of learning and is considered one of the crew. His favorite pastime is playing Golf. The Doctor is played by Robert Picardo.
